My horizons widening
But nights are cold here, sometimes lonely

But sometimes they long for familiarty
And Away on distant lands I always keep one foot on sand

Holidays bring me home
My appreciation has grown
Warming waters, smaller pond

We are people who live by and for centuries our ancestors have survived living in harmony co existing with the land and the sea. I would love to adapt this song to our people at home. I am seeking permission to do this if possible. How might I get permission.

Hey i think the Hi*sessions version of this song, for what its worth, he goes back and forth between 2 chords for the verses: an F with the pinky on and off 3rd fret on the high E, and this chord: x50563

    great song
